Location Permission & Scouting: I wanted to start off my music video with the main character being kicked out of his partner's house. Notably, I wanted the house to look interesting so that it cathces audiences attention and to have a long driveway so that I could film shots of the main character's car speeding off in a rage. I envisioned the final scenes of the music video to take place in the middle of a road junction late at night, so I chose this location as from the angle of filming, it would seem like the character is in the middle of a junction, when in reality he is positioned at the end of a small road, that is not used as much. (17) Artist's Logo and Title of Song

Title of Song This is a still from the intro sequence of my music video. I plan to start the music video off with a black screen, with this footage being the only thing visible in the shape of the text, zooming in and revealing the footage. Below is an image off the internet of what the effect should end up looking like. Artist's Logo This is the final shot, Shadorze's partner walking by with a necklace in hand. as his figure moves from one side of the screen to another, I plan to reveal the artist's logo (seen below). I'll have to search up a tutorial on how to mask and track this effectively.

Statement Of Intent

Statement of Intent How do you intend to use the four areas of the media theoretical framework to communicate meaning and meet the requirements of your chosen brief? (approx. 400 words) The song I’ve chosen, “When Doves Cry”, is a song about heartbreak, despair and an end to a toxic relationship. The video I plan to make will feature an overarching Narrative , starting with Shadorze having a messy breakup with his partner. From that point, he’s enraged and in disbelief of what’s just happened. He gets in his car, driving with no intention of stopping. While driving, he finds a necklace left behind by his partner in his car, something which further reminds him of what he’s now lost. Intercut with Shadorze driving, the music video will cut to what is meant to be a fictitious version of the main character, a version of him where his relationship with his partner did not go sour. This ideal version of him will be intercut with the real him; having a light blue wash over the video whic
